Neil Wolfe is a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience in asset-based lending, factoring, and commercial finance. Neil brings a wealth of leadership expertise, having successfully built and managed large-scale lending portfolios, structured complex financial transactions, and driven strategic growth in the industry.

Prior to joining our team, Neil served as SVP, Head of Asset-Based Lending & Factoring at IDB Bank, where he led a national platform overseeing more than $1.5 billion in facilities across diverse industries. He played a key role in enhancing credit policies, managing risk, and driving new business, closing approximately $270 million in commitments.

Before that, he spent over nine years at Webster Bank, progressing through senior leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of Commercial Services. There, he managed a portfolio exceeding $500 million, overseeing origination, underwriting, and portfolio management functions. His background also includes senior business development and credit management roles at Bibby Financial Services, First Capital, and Newtek Business Services.
